1. We sell both new and used items. New items have never been played with, are pulled straight from a new set and never connected to other pieces. New minifigures are never assembled (unless otherwise noted), and bagged as soon as they are pulled from the set. Used parts, unless otherwise noted in the item description, will show some minor amount of playwear, but any significant damage (nicks, cracks, dents, bite marks, pen marks, etc) will be noted in the item description.
2. Sealed sets, especially old sets, will almost always show some amount of shelf wear if you look closely enough, and often contain price stickers. We attempt to identify those that show significant amounts of wear/creasing/etc, but if box condition is of paramount importance, please ask for a picture - we will be happy to provide one.
3. Payment is expected within three days of receiving an invoice, unless contacted to make other arrangements. Invoices will be sent before pulling orders to expedite getting your parts to you. In very rare occasions, the inventory stated on Bricklink will not match up with actual inventory, and we will contact you in case of any shortfall of parts.
4. We only accept Paypal for payment and only ship to the confirmed address on Paypal. For parts, our goal is to get items shipped within 24-48 hours of order. For sets, especially large sets, it may take a little longer than that because they require dropoff at the post office directly. If you need expedited processing, please let us know and we will try to accomodate!
5. Shipping tries to get as close to actual shipping costs as possible plus $1.00 for packaging and material costs. The table below is based on the USPS first class package zone tables. We do not try to make money on shipping - please ask for a manual invoice if you would like shipping to be exactly what we pay! We use Bricklink's calculation for total piece weight plus half an ounce for shipping materials. International shipping is significantly more expensive, and starts at $9.50 for Canada and $13.50 for Europe. If you are interested in getting a shipping quote before buying, please contact us. We will only ship in a trackable form and all customs forms will be filled out accurately.
6. Order Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled by buyers any time before payment is made. Once an order has been paid for, no cancellations will be granted.
7. Feedback: We will leave feedback once either the buyer leaves feedback or the shipment is marked as Complete, whichever comes first. We appreciate all feedback on our service to you!
